Customer service is amazing. (Thanks Calvin!) I purchased to analyze and deconstruct presets as an educational exercise, but what a bit disappointed a lot of the presets were very basic and lacked a lot of FX and routing, my main point of purchase.
This is a solid kit. That’s a great mix of everything to enhance your production. I have quite a few shadow packs and love them all.
